Susan Dellinger's Box Communication Style represents a mode that is direct and factual. It literally likes to 'tick all the boxes'. Also, just as a Box has 'all the right angles' so also the Box style has a passion for excellence - bordering on perfectionism. When you want a task done properly and within budget, shift shape to Box mode.
